3T & B Tanis LLC / DBA Professional Services provides website, digital, and business support services. A 3% processing fee is applied to every payment to cover secure card-processing costs. Payment does not guarantee instant project completion. Project timelines depend on the selected service package and client-provided materials.
Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. One-time packages are billed as a single charge. By completing a payment you authorize 3T & B Tanis LLC to charge the selected amount.
Project Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the selected service package and on materials provided by the client (content, images, access, and approvals). Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Work already performed and one-time setup fees are non-refundable. For questions about billing, contact us at support@3tbtanis.com.
